Will PLRG Inc take client friend’s or family member’s credit card in order to pay for the service?

Yes, we understand that having joint accounts with someone being investigated will case investigation to be compromised.

Will unused retainer be refunded to client?

Yes, refund will be processed on the day client closes the case.

Can PLRG Inc directly work with client’s attorney and present the evidence gathered on client’s behalf?

Yes, PLRG Inc often works with client’s attorney and carefully follows attorney’s guidance.

If circumstances changed on the day of scheduled surveillance, can client cancel or reschedule the investigation at no cost?

Yes, scheduled surveillance can be canceled or rescheduled at no cost.

Will PLRG Inc take a small case with about 1-2 hours of work or less.

Yes, PLRG Inc takes small cases. We believe that no case is too small.

How soon will client receive an update on their case?

PLRG Inc offers real time update with pictures and videos. Some clients prefer an update to be communicated to them days after the investigation or delivery of the results to their attorneys.

What forms of payment does PLRG Inc accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, cash, money orders and bank wires.

Can retainer agreement be emailed if client unable to come to the office? Or, can agents of PLRG Inc meet at client’s preferred location (home, office, coffee shop and etc).
